ADIZERO BOSTON 12

Training shoes perfected with high-performance technology

The Boston Marathon is a race, but it’s also a goal, a training plan, and every single day you look forward to until the big day. The Adizero Boston 12 shoes are designed for mid- to long-distance running. They bring a race-day feel to your training with the propulsive sensation of ENERGYRODS 2.0 glass fiber rods, which limit energy loss underfoot. They deliver speed and durability, with a midsole that combines ultra-light LIGHTSTRIKE PRO cushioning with a new, durable version of LIGHTSTRIKE 2.0 EVA.

Highlight

Engineered Mesh Upper

Power through your tempo runs with a breathable, snug fit. Experience targeted support in key zones, specifically designed to lock down the midfoot while offering flexibility in the forefoot.

ENERGYRODS 2.0

An integrated structural system for a smooth transition from heel to toe. It brings race-day performance to your high-speed training runs.

LIGHTSTRIKE PRO + LIGHTSTRIKE 2.0

The stacked midsole construction is made of our high-performance foams, Lightstrike Pro and the all-new Lightstrike 2.0, specifically designed to provide cushioning and continuous movement while running. The Continental™ outsole provides superior grip even in the most challenging surface conditions.
